Coach Mel’s is a Group Fitness Studio where we provide open space for group fitness classes so you can have fun and get fit together in a supportive environment. Our Certified Instructors lead and motivate you to do your best and show you options for each movement to ensure you get the best workout no matter your fitness level.
We have 25+ Group Exercise Classes Weekly
The Big M.A.C. HIIT
Muscle and Cardio HIIT workouts get you moving quickly through a series of exercises for a full-body workout. Light weights provide resistance while allowing an increase in heart rate.
Boot Camp
A circuit format using various forms of resistance for a full body workout. After completing one round at each circuit you will finish the workout with a series of core exercises referred to as HARDCORE!
Totally Tabata
This workout is cardio-based with some weight work but movement is our focus. We work the whole body with different combinations each month.
Coach Mel's Strength Workout
This workout includes upper and lower body strength training and core work. All moves are done with dumbbells focusing on sets of reps. We will build muscle to burn fat.
Senior Classes
Classes that encourage older adults to participate in physical activities that will help them to maintain greater control of their health while encouraging social interaction. Classes may be free with SilverSneakers or Renew Active insurance coverage.

Our Fitness Studio has Classes for All Fitness Levels
Fitness is our main focus, and we do some crocheting too, since a healthy mind is as important as a healthy body.
Senior classes are offered for older adults or those who are just starting to exercise and need to start at a slower pace.
Fast-paced workouts combine short bursts of intense exercises with periods of lower- intensity exercises. Classes are 35-45 minutes.
A variety of formats with various forms of weights and resistance for a total body workout. Classes are 35 to 45 minutes in length.
Functional movement is the focus of our senior classes. We have various levels of classes to meet all fitness needs to help improve strength, balance and overall health. Classes are 45 minutes.
