It’s important to find group fitness classes that you enjoy, exercise that works for you and that fits into your busy schedule. It’s also important to hit your body with a variety of exercises, keeping your muscles guessing is the best way to see results. We offer a wide variety of group exercise classes to ensure you find the fun in fitness…for LIFE!

Our classes focus on cardio and/or strength. Most classes are 45 minutes long to ensure you get a good effective workout in a short amount of time…no one wants to be at the gym for 2 hours and you don’t have to be! Below is a description of each class we offer. We look forward to welcoming you be healthy BEFORE you NEED to be healthy!

Boot camp group fitness classes

Boot Camp

45-minutes – Strength

These classes focus on performing a number of strength exercises for a certain number of reps, repeated for a period of time.  You will use a variety of equipment during these workouts including Kettlebells, TRX Suspension trainer, dumbbells, medicine balls, etc.  Class design changes on a monthly basis to avoid plateaus.

The Big M.A.C HIIT group fitness classes

The Big M.A.C. HIIT

45-minutes – Cardio

This class will have you moving your feet from beginning to end. We’ll start with some moving stretching to warm up the body, joints and muscles and then move into some moderate movement following by a walk. We will then transition to a longer movement time followed by a recover walk. We will finish with a cool-down walk. This class is held inside.

45-minutes – Strength with Core

TOTAL-BODY STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING

Keep your body guessing and transforming with a variety of strength-training moves, cardio conditioning, and core work to get ripped like never before. Find strength in numbers together as you tone strong, lean muscle and bust through any plateaus that stand in your way. Together, you’ll Bring It better.

45-minutes – Strength

You will work circuit style strength training in this 45-minute class.  This workout will include both lower body and upper body strength training with some core work as well.  All moves are done with dumbbells focusing on sets of reps. Increasing your weights as you progress month after month is the goal.  We will build muscle to burn fat.

45-minutes – Cardio

20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest is what this workout is all about.  This workout is cardio based with some weight work but movement is our focus.  We will work the whole body with different combinations each month.

45-minutes – Strength and Cardio

This class will work on both strength and cardio (Muscle And Cardio). The strength rounds will consist of sets of work, the cardio rounds will consist of 2 minute cardio bursts.
